It is unfortunately too large for me to have scanned it when it was brought by today by a local friend.The peacock is hand painted and on a separate disk sewn on each side of the yellow over green over orange tricolor. This is all that would fit when scanned.There are small tie loops of the sort found on Japanese "personal" flags--one of which was also brought back with this.Is this the ephemeral flag of one of the WW2 local collaborationist puppet regimes or?....
