Luftwaffe LKpW 101 unusal cabel and jacks

Hallo,

I have Luftwaffe winter flight helmet LKpW101 with very unusual cable. The wire is detachable, and has on helmet side one jack, and on the other end two jacks. Please look at the pictures, and if You have any idea about where it was used please let me know. I will appreciate every info, especially becouse I am new on this forum

Woa, is that a curly one, Jos or Francois would be the guys with the possible answers on this one, maybe

this is a postwar mod for use by the East Germans, I haven't seen this combination before in any wartime

photos, but that is not to say it isn't wartime, I just haven't seen this style of jack photographed before,

and I look forward to hearing what the more learned guys have to say about them too.

Might be used by Flak or signal troops in this configuration, just a wild guess, have pics somewhere where they're wearing leather flightcaps connected to radio equipment..

I've seen people wearing flightcaps on trains and in ground units, so not particular flight as a rule.

These caps are good for communication, so, they were used as such..
