I would like to know what is the palce where this soldier was born. I couldn't figured out...

In addition, any help with the occupation of his parentes is welcome.

I believe Wels is in Austria (Ost Deuschland or O.D. in the book-an alternative to 'Ostmark" sometimes. I think the last name is Czech in origin.

Is this the same Senior Private who served in ID45 and was KIA in Russia in 1943?

OD is "Ober Donau" I think as the region of Austria.

He was Austrian, Catholic, single, a commercial employee.

Father was "R.B. Ang" which is Reichsbahn Angestellter-- railways employee.

Rudolf was a commercial employee and his father by the same name was a "R.B. Ang." = Reichsbahnangestellter (railway employee)

Yes. Exactly the same soldier.
