I have just received this beauty today. It is a single board for an Elevated Career Level Oberfeldwebel Notice the interwoven silver colored center cord. This is what separates this board from one used by a member of the same rank in the Lower Career Level.

Notice the red nebenfarbe. The Branch color(Waffenfarbe) is shown in the lower layer. All Administrative Officials had the dark green waffenfarbe.

Some possible job descriptions are:

Administrative (non technical) officials, General Administrative Services, Construction Administrative Service, Agricultural Service, Surveying Service, Technical Machine Service, Technical Electrical Service, and Craftman's Service at clothing depots added.
