Unknown WWII German Badge

I was told this was DAK badge but cant tell you anymore, sorry.

It looks like the type of eagle used on the numbered Ground Assault Badges; however, I don't believe they were that color - I think they were usually black or silver.

I'd like a scan of the reverse and size of the eagle.

If its small. It could be for a Field marshal shoulder board.

It has blades like the old ww1 british officers badges

any idea of value?

I use my one as a Logo on my website ( www.pastgloriesmilitaria.com ), it has two pins on the back with push on retainers ( like on ladies earings ! ) It looks the same badge to me ,it is coppery gold and quite heavy. Cant put my hands on it at the moment or i would post pics, sorry.
