Sorry about the bad pictures but can someone tell me what cross is on there?

To me its look like a bad quality some 25 years long service award.... firefighters? some sport club? etc?

It looks like someone made it in thier garage.

Its look very bad quality on the picture . But same time owner said that its the groundfind and he just like to know, what it is .

Some generic 25 years membership in a local club of some sort.

It's a generic veterans' society long membership medal. The original ribbon would have been in state colors or imprinted with the society's name and city.
