sorry .... , but it seems to me like a (rather crude) fake of the "Meritorious Navigator of the CCCP" title-medal .

The fact is, that these medals don't have an AEROFLOT-inscription and the medal you show represents a 1st version and should have a s/n.

BTW: Does anyone know, how rare these title-medals are and what the current market value might be ? (Alexei sold one of these some time ago for about USD 800,-)
