Are there other examples of a maker using different hinges for their badges than Mayer?The MS badge has the same crimped barrel hinge. Martin W Posted February 18, 2008 Share Posted February 18, 2008 John,a recent thread at GCA shows two examples of the Wiedeman Minesweeper badge.One has the "uu" shaped hinge and the the other has a "rectangular" shaped hinge.Two very different hinges from one maker on the same badge.To my knowledge they are both zinc badges.Regards,Martin.
