Could somebody tell me what are these badges, extracted from a picture of a Mongolian man in traditional clothes ?

top right is B32 veteran of the revolutionary struggle.

middle left is N04 outstanding construction worker

middle-middle is V11 outstanding educator of young generation

last one is N19 50 years of construction.
