Aha. This is in some version of ? Serbo-Croat/? Slovenian... one of the upper areas of Yugoslavia languages.

2) is greetings and kisses Rosi Radornig (in German)

but the rest is not.

The address is to Franz Wersnik in Schwarzenbach, Carinthia-- the Austro-Yugoslav border region.

General gist of the message seems to be along the lines of hihawaya and until we meet again.

I don't see who SENT it anywhere unless it is FROM Rosi and not passing along a message TO her.
