Guest Rick Research
Did that come with other paperwork for him? NOTHING on the certificate itself to indicate what he was or where he was from!!!! (Cuban groups are going to be a nightmare, Afterwards!)I wonder if he was an Attach? or just a travelling party/parade attendee?I've got a massive set of multiples for a Soviet Border Guards general who I suspect was on assignment to the Cuban Forces-- also got this and some other Cuban medals with his exotic foreign comrade gongs.
