Chris Boonzaier Posted April 27, 2008 Posted April 27, 2008 Front and back... does anyone have an idea what maker?
Laurence Strong Posted April 27, 2008 Posted April 27, 2008 (edited) Hi ChrisGoing on the parts that I marked out I would say it's a GAB for Unknown Maker #11 massive GABI went by the top feathers, how the top row of three start about wing top and how the 2nd row appears of center. I also went by the 2 sets of small feathers on your example they are smaller on the bottom which seems to be going against the norm (Generaly equal in size, or the top ones are smaller}, I also used the fact that the feathers on the left wing are not on a horizontal line but go up as they run out,Hope this helps some My source; "German Awards of WW2 Vol1 The GAB" by Frank H. pg 302 Edited April 27, 2008 by Laurence Strong
