found this navy belt buckle on a local flea market. It has no date, but a markers / factory mark.

From which time period is this buckle?

and from which factory is the mark?

The anchor shape is a post war one. Probably from the 70's, but I'm not sure of the maker. Early ones have much curvier anchors.
