Because I am a selfless person awaiting beatification-in-life by the Vatican, I went and bought this at today's militaria show JUST SO you administrative odd insignia guys could have some fun too.

I had a pair with silver bullion bars with dark green metallic bullion center stripe a million years ago. This bar and the fancy twisted center cord are celleon.
