I believe this to be a ckl although the shell maker is covered up. It looks like one... Decal is a little crooked, late war applied in the field most likely. I sold the helmet early this year. Some problems came afterwards. There is a very long thread on MCF about the matter. I still have some photos of the liner though. The buyer tried to return the helmet after he tore the liner and one of the slpit pin had been loosened.The same helmet later came up on a dealer site and amazingly grew a chinstrap.
