Brief description of personal feat or merits On front in Patriotic War since 22.6.41. Participant on front: Western, Stalingrad, Southern, 4th Ukrainian, 3rd, 1st and 2nd Baltic. During that time provided proper material for 4899 combat sorties for IL-2 aircraft to defeat enemy tanks , aircraft , artillery and infantry.During the period between 22.6.41 to 18.9.1943 provided material for 1485 combat sorties for IL-2 aircraft, and, for that effort received state award of Union of Soviet Socialists Republic order Red Star in 1943. After receiving last state award in period between 19.9.43 to 7.4.1945 he provided the regiment with 1800 combat ready aircraft to defeat enemy equipment and manpower.During that period he provided the following repairs on IL-2 aircraft: Technical repairs- 40, restoration repairs- 7, minor repairs -94, repaired 27 AM-38f engines , replaced engines- 16. He provided high quality work in a fixed period of time. He ensured the aircraft was always available to the regiment in combat readiness.Proved to be very attentive to the repairs of the aircraft. Invented device to patch fuselage that reduced the repair time from 5 to 2 hours.As Regiment Senior Engineer he ably organized and implemented the combat missions as directed by command. Committees from 289th ShANK and 7th ShASK were observers. Air and ground staff were trained well to be skillfully utilized on land as well as in the air.For excellent work in preparing the aircraft for numerous sorties he received the gratitude fromCommand. He spared no effort in his task and without regard for climatic changes the aircraft were readied in autumn-winter and spring conditions for use by replacement personnel.Provided 50 hours of training for technical crew for winter months.For exemplary discharge of combat assignment while in Regiment including 1800 perfectly executed sorties by IL-2 aircraft utilized in the destruction of enemy installations and for the highest quality of repair of aircraft within a fixed period of time.
