Thats the "Order of merit - first degree" Iraq. Writen so on backside. ( stemp in english direct on the award).

The enameling on this one is stunning. Any chance of a clearer photo of this one as well?

This could be a design of the Wisam al Jadara the ribbon looks painted from an Iraqi Golden Jubilee Medal. Not sure need a better scan of the Photo. This is one of my favorite Iraqi Orders but the paint enamel detail looks to faint.

Can you send me the picture e-mail at the full size and I can trim it down for you? I would love to examine it on both sides of th Order. Looks like it is mounted by the extention clip the Wisam al Rafidain First Class comes with in its original case for the sash Order.
