John R
As most of us know, Schwerin produced on different dies two different zinc Blockade Breakers--flat backed with the widely separated maker's mark (two lines) and the closely spaced maker mark lines on the dish back. Here is a nice example courtesy of collector Jeff:

Martin W
John, here is an example i have of the dish back.It is hard to tell from the scans but the highlights are polished.A very nice looking badge in hand.I think it is the only zinc badge that i have by Schwerin that i prefer over it's tombak predecessor. It seems from examples i have seen that the zinc BB by Schwerin held its finish very well.Regards,Martin.
