Whoever the manufacturer was ( personally I don't think it was Godet) made a wide range of KM badges as several others exist including Blockade Breaker, Fleet, 1st Type E-Boat etc with the identical very robust hinge/pin fittings.Interesting that both round and flat wire retaining catches were used.No question in my mind that both are definitely good original wartime pieces though.
