Rosenberg Posted November 6, 2005 Posted November 6, 2005 Hi,I am just getting familiar with SC and wonder if the maker Lemcke is a good one.I find reference on him in Nimmerguts book and Niemann has a pic of one in his.I have seen 800,835 and 900 stamped crosses by this MM.Isn?t that a lil odd,one with so many diff contents?Cheers
Rosenberg Posted November 7, 2005 Author Posted November 7, 2005 I made a mistake I have to apologize for. What I labeled as honeycomb seems to be "coat of arms" in reality. The maker I speak of is Meybauer. So my question should hence be:Are there 835 Meybauer crosses?Regards
Sal Williams Posted November 9, 2005 Posted November 9, 2005 Hi Rosenburg,I don't know the answer to your question but you are not being ignored. I am sure that when jacques gets back he will have an answer for you. He should be back in a week or less I believe.Best, Sal
Rosenberg Posted November 9, 2005 Author Posted November 9, 2005 Thanks, time will tell......I can specify my question a lil more.....I might have the chance to get a Silver Cross with swords. The piece has the typical L/13 shaped pin but no L/13 stamp. It is only stamped 835.I am still waiting for pics I will post once I got them........

Check the forum, there is something about these two manufactures.jacques
Sal Williams Posted November 9, 2005 Posted November 9, 2005 Can you post a picture of the cross?Best, Sal
