    Hi,
    I recently bought a picture of Detective Training Course 25, 12th Jan 53 to 28th March 53.
If anyone has any medals to any of the guys who took part in this course and would like a copy, then please let me know, and I`ll email you one.
I will try and scan & post it, if I can get it to work, likewise list on the guys who are on the picture.
    More details to follow.

    Hi,
Sorry couldn`t attach picture, it must be to big, but if anyone wants a copy then please email me.
I hope someone has the medals to these Bobbies out there, its always nice to put a face to a name.
No idea what the RAF guys were doing on this course.
Is a Sdr Ldr higher the a Flt Lt, what would these ranks be in the army?

Was sent this PM, by a fellow forumer, that it might be of interest.

    "Hello,

Just for your information regarding the police course photograph.

I saw the list of names and if Pc Attenborough, Derby, was Derby Borough Police rather than county police, I would strongly suggest that it is Arthur Attenborough Military Medal Grenadier Guards. He was a Det Sgt when I joined in the 60s. He is still alive and still ramrod straight.

    Regards

    Stuart"

Cheers Stuart if you have any more info on this guy, then please feel free to post it on the thread.

Any Guardsmen out there that can shine any light on what Attenborough got his MM for?
