Nick Posted October 25, 2004 Posted October 25, 2004 Squadron Leader (Major) is one higher than Flight Lt (Captain).
bigjarofwasps Posted July 17, 2008 Author Posted July 17, 2008 Was sent this PM, by a fellow forumer, that it might be of interest."Hello,Just for your information regarding the police course photograph.I saw the list of names and if Pc Attenborough, Derby, was Derby Borough Police rather than county police, I would strongly suggest that it is Arthur Attenborough Military Medal Grenadier Guards. He was a Det Sgt when I joined in the 60s. He is still alive and still ramrod straight.RegardsStuart"Cheers Stuart if you have any more info on this guy, then please feel free to post it on the thread. Any Guardsmen out there that can shine any light on what Attenborough got his MM for?
