What medal is this

Hi,

Yesterday I picked up this medal from rubish market and I didn't found any information from Medal Yearbook about it. Also researching British medals on internet didn't give me the answer.... so, what it is and what kind a ribbon I have to find?

A memorial medal for Queen Victoria, obviously. I'm pretty sure it came from the Army Temperance Association, but right now I have mislaid that very nice booklet done through the OMRS on these confusing temperance awards. Let me look.

Thanks Ed, just some how I wasn't able to find anything about it . What mainly chatch my eye was... Empress of India, so I was thinking was there some bigger link with India as well with this award.

Army Temperance Association medal commemorating Queen Victoria, I think the ribbon was equal width red/white /blue/white/red, reading from left to right.
