Bob Hunter
First bar ends with three Finnish decorations. The third one I believe to be the ribbon for the Finnish War of Independence Medal but I need your help ID'ing the other two.

Bob Hunter
Second bar is probably to a diplomat that will remain for the time unknown. We have a double SEHO, double Sax-Coburg-Gotha Karl Eduoard Medals, Most likely a Sax-Weimar White Falcon (although other possibilities exist), Austrian War Medal of 1873...now comes the foriegn and this where your help is needed again... JBFloyd
Third from the end is the Medal of Liberty, 1st class; second from the end is the Medal of Lberty, second class.
JBFloyd
I believe the one following the 1873 War Medal is an Austrian Jubilee; BUlgarian Order of St Alexander, officer; Bulgarian Order of Civil Merit, officer; unidentified; Albanian Medal for the Accession of Prince William of Weid. Someone else will certainly chime in with the unidentified purple w/bullion stripes ribbon.Jeff Floyd
