Paul C
On the below bar are gold swords on the Sax Albert and Sax verdenst order. Are the gold swords knight first (a) or knight second (b)?
Deruelle
Hi Paul, The swords in gold are for SA3aX and SA3bX. The same for SV3aX and SV3bX. If you find one silver swords for Albrecht cross it is the SA4X.Christophe
Paul C
Thanks. I was hopeing the swords would help me narrow down the list which is over 350!!!!
Guest Rick Research
He was a Lieutenant during the war, might have been a brevet Captain on demobilization in 1920. The Wehrmacht 12--granted he could have had a total of 17 years maximum in combined time by 1939--would restrict these both to "bX" classes.
