Hi All,

This is the second of my two new groups (the other being http://gmic.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=33116). I like this one because it offers a simple, elegant, and interesting solution to the problem of lacking both a BoH an OLG3 (two holes in my collection I have been trying to fill for a while now)

It is also interesting to note that the recipient was a woman and Uzbek.

I wonder why there was an 18 year gap between the awards If only these could be researched

Any thoughts or comments are appreciated!
