Russian Federation Commemorative medal for the 1000th Anniversary of Kazan

Instituted on 30 July 2005 by decree of the President of the Russian Federation.

Awarded to residents of the city of Kazan who fought in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, wartime workers who worked during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 in the city of Kazan for at least six months or that were awarded orders and medals of the Soviet Union for their dedicated work in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, veterans of labour; citizens who have made a significant contribution to the development of the city of Kazan.

+ there is rare variation of doc that was issued not by district, but by Town Hall of Kazan and executive committee of anniversary. These were issued for top brass, honorary guests, etc...

Yes Nick i know about the existence of others versions but change only the stamp and the signature,

the document aesthetically remains the same,,

i dont know maybe in the future i will search others docs
