That is yet another advantage to having the terrific newly published Rolls. Staff officers racked up quite odd combinations, but as a petit threesome, this is a very very odd combination. Nobody had these three AND THEN other awards. They had OTHER awards with these scattered amongst 'em. Sometimes even quite ordinary awards are notable when combined strangely, and sometimes NOT having other awards is as significant as what IS there.
