Some rare documents. indeed, Major d. R. a.D Albert Rose from Train Abt. 3. Before the war he received Jubilee medal and Landwehr service medal 2nd class. But pictures are better than thousand words. Guest Rick Research
You have one of the most peculiar Bavarian document groups that exists-- congratualtions! Full pageAND-- in addition to the freaky 1924 "CM2X" from Coburg... one of the VERY last "1914" Iron Crosses ever awarded-- signed by my German hero, Friedrich Freiherr Kress von Kressenstein-- the man who stopped Hitler's 1923 Beer Hall Putsch.
Deruelle
Thanks Rick for your comments. Albert Rose is not a "Hero" with a lot of medals, but for me this group is very important. May be one day when the chance will be there, I can reunite the ribbon bar and medal bar !!!Christophe
Guest Rick Research
This group proves that Insanely Rare does NOT have to mean "celebrity status."
