Soviet A Birthday Card

Bryan sent me this Birthday Card for a Doctor in appreciation for sending him my book. Bryan, I love these things. Among the many documents and papers for a researched Doctor for my Soviet Medical Book was a birthday invitation for the Colonel's birthday party. Would someone Please tell me the name of the Doctor?

Vasily De(nsho?)novich, from the Collective of the 4th Stomatological Polyclinic, signed by the Senior Doctor.

The patronymic is unclear to me.

The name of the senior dentist/doctor is R.K. Nesterovich

the name of the recipient is Vasily Demyanovich

and it's a "happy victory day" card from the 4th dental polyclinic collective.
