GeorgeCL Posted May 31, 2009 Share Posted May 31, 2009 Odd piece.i cant find any reference on this badge.The top monogram is for peter the 1stthe lower for Nicholas, the "II" could be broken off.Is there anything at the bottom of the garland? your scan is a bit dark to see.Either way it is Imp.
