In the May 29 FJP Auction I won a medal bar to Major aD Oskar Minarski of LSB5/FAA 250. FJP Auctions is in the USA and usually has a fair amount of Imperial items, you should check it out. I believe that they have an online catalogue. The medal bar has the following:

    1914 EK2, HOH3X, SA3aX, FEK, Bulgarin Military Merit Order 4th Class

According to my data only 9 officers had only the HOH3X and SA3aX. Of the 9 only Minarski could be tied to Bulgaria with hsi pre-war unit of Luftschiffer Battailon 5 in Jambol, Bulgaria. I am unable to determine when Minarski transferred to FAA 250.

I pulled the below information about Minarski from the Aerodrome Forum:

    Hptm. Oskar Minarski, Obs:

    FA 250(A) C.O. * * * * (May17) - 15Dec17

    AFP 2 * * * * * * * * * * *15Dec17 - 17Dec17

    AFS Ost I C.O. * * * * 17Dec17 -

    AFP 4 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *- 31May18

    FA 266(A) * * * * * * * 31May18 - 23Jun18

    Fl.Abt. 8 Stv. C.O. * *23Jun18 - 25Jun18

    Grufl 7 * * * * * * * * * *25Jun18 ?

Minarski left Grufl 7 on 4 Jul 1918 when he was posted to staf Kogenluft.

It looks like Minarski was CO of FAA 250. If anyone can help with the other information I would really appreciate it. Also if someone could look in the Saxon book of Neil O'Connor for info about Minarski I would also appreciate it. The medal bar is below.
