Was today in the Newspaper and i thought it might be of interest - reads as following (hope that my translation is understandable):

Polarstar-Order for Kumpf

The Parliament member from Stuttgart and ceo of the parliament party of the SPD (middle-left party), Ute Kumpf was awarded the monoglian "Polar-Star-Order" for her merits for the german-mongol-relationship. In the presidential palace in Ulan Bator recieved Ute Kumpf the Order out of the hands of the mongol minister-president Sanjaa Bayar. This award was awarded rarly to foreigners. "Ute Kumpf had a big part in the development of Democracy in our country", said the minister-president, "through her advice for example is the quote of women in the revolutionary pupils party to be found".
