Investiture of National Honours 2021. 
His Excellency awarded 16 persons in four of the seven awards categories, which included the Order of the Bahamas, the Order of Distinction, the Order of Merit and the Distinguished Medal award.

A pity better picture are not available. I've been through the same link as you did.

 

The onliest thing I can state, is that, this award , is actually the Distinguished Service Medal to Mrs Agatha Aracher.
