I am assuming it is some kind of Commemorative Medal for 25 Years after the 1870/71 War?Please PM me regarding an estimated value.It features on the reverse the Kings/Princes of some of the German States in a circle around Kaiser Wilhelm.Thanks to all who can enlighten!
