I would love to know more about him but the chances are obviously very slim. This lovely photo came with a few shots of the Scharnhorst (which I have now sold) hence my assuming that he was a member of her crew. Obviously these photos may have been put together by someone after the war but then again, maybe not. So, has any of you got any photos of the crew and in particular her officers?
