Stogieman
No name, came with all the medals shown and the Excellent MVR Employee Badge. Original to the man in the picture? We'll never know unless someday the Red Banner becomes traceable, In any event, one of my few MVR images! (No wonder he looks so unhappy... A Senior Sargeant in the People's Militia (only) at his age!)
Guest Rick Research
If "N M" is for "P-eople's M-ilitia." Since he is not wearing a long service medal, presumably this is 1950s? The funny thing is, photo shop the uniform and he could be any Irish-American big city cop from the last ten decades, too. Rather reminds me of my great-uncle Detective John. Stogieman
The Red Banner that came with the set is under 10K, which if memory serves, was in the first big batch of bestowals. Unfortunately, even if research becomes available, the only confirmation would be of the award(s) shown, if that... possibly of rank.... there's no name on the pix :>(
