Guest Rick Research
Notice that his 25th Anniversary of Civil Defense was issued to him "at Central Committee of the PRB" and autographed by the CO of Civil Defense. Transport Merit also issued by and autographed by the Minister of Transport. MVR Honored Employed autographed by the Minister (scribble)-- apparently having 4 stars and being on the Central Committee got some extra "personal" attention-- though the later jubilees (maybe he was a Simple Retired Comrade by then, retired at 60?) you'd never guess who or what he'd been from only the names. Must have been fun, flying around the world to attend foreign parades and get reviewing stand medals on State travel and lodging expense accounts. :catjava:
