At the beginning of December 1937 was organized in Oslo a Week's Assistance to Spain whose activities in pro of the Republic were spread for 110 Norwegian towns, "glorious soldiers of the Cause Nacional" (in rhetorical expression of the period) also received gum boots and escarpines thick of simpatizantes Norwegians.
