Your Visitenkarte is from the eighteen-nineties. In the Prussian Rangliste of 1886 we find: Rittmeister Rüdt v. Collenberg commanding the 5. Escadron of 2. April, 1868 - Fähnrich 5. Febr., 1869 - S.Lt. 16. Aug., 1879 - P.Lt. 13. Dec., 1883 - Rittmeister 17. April, 1890 - as Rittmeister to Dragoner-Rgt. von Bredow (1.Schles.)
