In the 1914 Rangliste, there's a Hauptmann Freiherr Rudt von Collenberg listed in Garde-Feldartillerie-Rgt Nr.3. He's the only one I could find.

Joe, we looked in the wrong decade. Your Visitenkarte is from the eighteen-nineties.

In the Prussian Rangliste of 1886 we find:

Rittmeister Rüdt v. Collenberg commanding the 5. Escadron of 2. Badisches Dragoner-Regiment Nr.21 in Bruchsal, Baden.

His awards were: 1870 EK2 and BV3
