EK 1939 Iron Crosses for review

Not my field, but I have managed to pick up a couple over the years, so I thought I would float them by you all, and see if I have a collection of clunkers or not...

Here is my first one, unmarked, and with a very thick catch on the reverse....

Next one is a brass centred example, small incuse '15' on the pin (Otto Schickle)....

My camera doesn't have a macro lens, I tried these with a loup, didn't come out real well, then the batteries died, so at the moment, this is the best I can do

Bob, your first example is an unmarked "Floch" reproduction, whereas the next two examples, the Orth and the Deumer, look fine.

and the last one, supposed vet bring back from North Africa, a nice unmarked EK II...

Any clues as to the maker ???

Thanks very much for that Bill, one out of three from the EK I's isn't bad I suppose, it has been on the shelf for years, finally got the courage to ask, it never gave me a good

You're welcome, Bob. The 2nd Class looks fine too. It looks like it may be of Deumer manufacture.

Agree with Bob. Floch fake, beautiful Deumer, Orth brassy (not Schickle), and a good EK2... but not a Deumer. Nice ones (except the Floch).
