Heer Questions on SS - Uniform

Hello all,

I have got this photo today but absolutely no knowledge about the SS

Could someone please so nice and explain me the rank of this man , is it a special type of uniform or standart? is this Waffen-SS or some other kind of SS ?

Looks like a Waffen SS Unterscharfuhrer (Sergent I think). M43 tunic with Russian Front ribbon and looks like the KvKII with swords. Possibly a rear echelon troop in one of the Waffen SS Divisions.

His waffenfarben is dark... could be artillery or pioneer.

as you know that is really not my field of collecting...so could someone be so nice to tell me (pm if you like...) what I can ask for a picture like that in the sale room , I don`t need it but have no clue of the asking price...
