KIR Posted December 30, 2009 Share Posted December 30, 2009 (edited) Hallo gentlemen, I need your help to identify a person from this CDV, on the back is written: "Mit herzlichen Glückwunsch zum Geburtstage - Dein treuer Neffe Hauptmann Hans M...?..." He wear an IOD, so probably he was an infantery officier, two cockades on the cap; so after 1997. I checked the ranklist 1903 for an infanterie Hautmann "M...?..." (XVI. AK) but I can't find one. I will be very appreciate for any information about him! Thanks and best regards, Jens Following infantry-units are from Metz: - 4. The picture was taken in Metz, was Mueller before or after his time (in the VII. AK) in a unit from the XVI. AK?
