    Hello I recently got this envelope and document Are the two people mentioned related ? What is Staffelstab 199 a line HQ Artillery? As the document predates the envelope is this transfering

    v.Solemacher-Antweiler to Fusiler Regt 73 ? Is it possable to find out more about their war records Thanks Mark

    The regimental history is the best way to go. For the FR73 we have the general Erinnerungsblaetter that was published shortly after the war:

    According to the 19th Regimental history, Lt. Frhr v. Solemacher=Antweiler was wounded 21.3.1918 at Noreuil while a member of Füsilier-Regt 73. He died 23.3.1918 in Cantin.
