At this forum we have a lot of members who are interested in medal bars. We have some members who are quite advanced and some novice and some just starting out. Some into Imperial and some into Nazi and some both. I would like to see a area where basic info

And tips can be given about collecting medal bars. So if you are novice with questions

Well, a pretty good idea, but all of the information really needs to be given/taken in the context of the different forums. It's all the details about everything else with the orders (etc.) (IE: appropriate for rank, unit, country, etc., etc.) that when cobbled together help to critically ascertain authenticity.
