yes, I think, that it is a member's badge.

I found some small local organizations early in 1933, combinations of NSdAP and other national parties against KPD and SPD, e.g.:

NSDAP and DNVP. They worked together during local elections (Liste).

A political unit....but no organization, I think.

NSDAP / DNVP = political party = political organization , I have no problem with it.

But I think the "Nationale Front" was a political coalition. NSDAP and DNVP+ Stahlhelm (=Kampffront S-W-R) worked together during the Reichstagswahl 1933.

Can you call a tinnie (that is a symbol for a political coalition) a membership badge? I don't think so.

Whatever it is, it is not easy to find theme related informations.
