speedytop Posted March 31, 2010 Posted March 31, 2010 Hi Sergeant 08, it is a member's badge, based on Heering/Hüsken 1997 Nr. 4117 c) Uwe
Sergeant 08 Posted March 31, 2010 Author Posted March 31, 2010 Hi Sergeant 08, it is a member's badge, based on Heering/Hüsken 1997 Nr. 4117 c) Uwe Thanks! In the meantime I have already found it in the HH, but I'm not sure it is really a member badge. Where I can find informations about a German organization which was called "Nationale Front" pre 1945? We have already discussed it in another forum. Nobody had more informations.....
speedytop Posted March 31, 2010 Posted March 31, 2010 Hi Sergeant 08, yes, I think, that it is a member's badge. I found some small local organizations early in 1933, combinations of NSdAP and other national parties against KPD and SPD, e.g.: http://weimarer-repu..._fruehjahr_1933 Please, there is a copyright. Uwe

speedytop Posted March 31, 2010 Posted March 31, 2010 Sergeant 08, I'm not interested in splitting hairs: http://en.wikipedia....Political_party That is the first sentence: A political party is a political organization ... Uwe
Sergeant 08 Posted April 1, 2010 Author Posted April 1, 2010 (edited) Sergeant 08, I'm not interested in splitting hairs: http://en.wikipedia....Political_party That is the first sentence: A political party is a political organization ... Uwe NSDAP / DNVP = political party = political organization , I have no problem with it. But I think the "Nationale Front" was a political coalition. NSDAP and DNVP+ Stahlhelm (=Kampffront S-W-R) worked together during the Reichstagswahl 1933. Can you call a tinnie (that is a symbol for a political coalition) a membership badge? I don't think so. Whatever it is, it is not easy to find theme related informations. Edited April 1, 2010 by Sergeant 08
