    I spent a few hours, recently in the military section of Bellu Cemetery in Bucharest.

    These images show some of the occupants:-

    3. Imperial Russian Medal for the War of 1877-78 against Turkey.

    4. Unknown, possibly a Russian award.

    Some monuments while not carrying a picture have interesting items added:-

    CAPTAIN PETRE N. GEORGHESCU

    AVOCAT - CRAIOVA.

    Died in the fighting at ARGES

    30th OCT. 1917

    The Plaques were placed on the grave by a Veterans Society

    post WW1:-

    SOC. CUTUL EROILOR.

    Interstingly enough the General is wearing a British Distinguished Service Order on the end of his medal bar :speechless1:

    Died on the 27th of March 1901, Aged 50.
