jcsanche Posted December 26, 2005 Posted December 26, 2005 Hi I collect pioneer uniforms and headgear. I am also finding that I like also photoalbums. I was able to purchase a album of a soldier from Pioneer Batl. 4 Magdeburg . It seems that the soldier put toguether the album post war. It is divuided in 2 sections. The 2nd section is his service in Rusia. I find interesting also to study the different uniforms that he used.regardsJuanWaffenrock

jcsanche Posted December 26, 2005 Author Posted December 26, 2005 (edited) Hi PaulAll the photos came in the same Album. You can identify the soldier in most of the photos. He must had a Napoleonic complex- Look at post 4 and 7?. My new PIONEER tunic is crossing the Atlantic at this time!!!! Thanks to Chris!!!!!Juan Edited December 26, 2005 by jcsanche

I dont think that they would have lasted more than a couple of months under harsh field conditions.
