Trooper at Bastogne

Here is one of my GIs set up for Bastogne, looks cold.

I'm with Bob! I would have expected another scarf OVER the helmet, gauntlets over wool mitts on the hands and at least two cigarettes burning for warmth!

Lovely uniform, though.

OK, well, here you go. He still looks cold. Kind of covers up the rest. As I understand it they were a bit short of gear at Bastogne.
