can this medal "За усердие" in gold with diameter 32mm be a original?

I have seen only medals in gold with diameter 30mm.

My Avers-3 mentions only a 30mm gold variant. I've never seen one so I have no experience with the gold.

The Imperial issues are known in 30 and 28 mm. however the quality looks quite good am wondering whether it is a White Russian award 1918-20 hence the size variation.

I. class must be made from gold, or not?
